•  Slides are in root folder of the archive (slides.pdf)

•  Those people who would like to run the analysis in parallel with me should read the README.md file and follow the instructions. In brief, the tutorial is designed to run on MacOS/Linux, Java and RStudio should be installed. R packages listed in README.md should be installed, this can be tested by running library(package_name). It is better to install everything BEFORE the tutorial as the installation can take some time to complete.​
